The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the lady working at the luggage desk! Our room was very clean, comfortable and cosy.The carpet was so soft and lovely underfoot. The spa worked with some jets but needs maintenance/updating. The room had a very large balcony overlooking the pool. Excellent location for local restaurants, brewery and historical places including the Fremantle Prison.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us travelling with a 2 year old. It was opposite a park with a playground and allowed us to walk around town. The room was clean with a balcony to dry our swimmers and to hang out on while the bub slept.

Room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the balcony. Mini bar was helpful. Lady to checked us in at Reception was lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious!

Carpet underlay was super comfortable for a hotel, laundry facilities were fantastic, ability to avoid daily room servicing in exchange for $10 refund per day.

King Suite Spa with Pool View - room was just as the pictures showed. Very modern, Clean, very comfortable bed. Spacious room with a big balcony overlooking the pool area. Overall definitely will book here again and great value for money.

Whilst we were as far from the lift as possible!! the room was lovely - large, clean and extremely quiet.

The room was adequate size for two people. It had a balcony with a view over the park and the street so always something going on. The location was ideal for access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful with a relaxed atmosphere. The staff were very obliging and friendly. The swimming pool area was excellent.

Love the location, near everything. We had a nice quiet room, got upgraded to a king spa with somewhat views being on the 4th floor. Really appreciated the bubbles on arrival in our room when I mentioned it was my partners birthday when booking.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, particularly the two outdoor pools, which were in good condition. Our daughter especially enjoyed one of them. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good selection of both hot and cold food options. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
